I help visionary leaders create with clarity, aliveness and meaningful impact by returning to what is already true within themselves.

My work brings together nervous system intelligence, subconscious repatterning, somatic inquiry and presence with the deeper intelligence of life itself.

Grounded in over a decade of lived experience and extensive professional training, I support people to rewrite their story, embody their truth so they can walk their unique path.

Professional background

 

I hold a Master's degree in Contemporary Dance and am a Certified Master Coach with training spanning coaching, trauma-informed embodiment, somatic practice and therapeutic bodywork.

Alongside formal training, I've studied with teachers including Eckhart Tolle, Deepak Chopra, Christine Hassler, Stefanos Sifandos, Kasia Urbaniak, Michaela Boehm and Oren Harris, continuing a lifelong devotion to the intersection of embodiment, consciousness and human potential.

​

Professionally, I've spent over a decade partnering with founders, executives and leadership teams across organisational culture, people development and transformation, bringing together the worlds of leadership, embodiment and human development.

Beyond credentials

 

While formal training has shaped my work, my deepest education has come through life itself.

The journey that led me here has been one of learning to trust what I knew, long before I could explain it.
